Part 5 : NOSE massage Bo Jin tutorial with Repair Balm for dark spots & brown patches

鼻子過敏好不舒服，嚴重的鼻塞、流鼻水讓人難以忍受。简易鼻子按摩与拨筋，可以促進鼻子血液循環，緩解鼻子不適，有醒神明目、鼻通開竅功效。对有改善鼻炎，鼻竇炎，過敏性鼻炎，頭痛等病症有帮助。

Nose is an important organ for breathing, and it located at the upper part of the nasal cavity is close to the skull. There are nasolacrimal ducts in the lower nasal canal and the eyes. The nasopharynx of the posterior nostril is connected to the throat, the trachea and the esophagus are divided here, and the middle ear is connected to the two eustachian tubes. Therefore, many diseases of the nose often affect the health of adjacent organs. Therefore, the maintenance of the nose is very important!

The theory of traditional Chinese medicine believes that the relationship between the nose and the five internal organs can reflect the gastrointestinal tract. Through massaging the nose, Qi and blood will run smoothly and activate the spleen and stomach function. The nose communicates directly with the outside environment, enhancing the adaptability of the nose to the outside environment and improving the body's immunity function. Therefore, frequent nose massage throughout the day can enhance the body's immune function and reduce the chance of getting sick.

Nose massage helps to reduce allergic reaction, reduce severe stuffy nose and unbearable runny nose. Massaging these acupuncture points near by your nose can promote blood circulation of the nose, allow to breathe in enough oxygen, relieve the discomfort of nose, and have the effect of refreshing eyes and clearing nose.

The whole series of face massage tutorials will helps those who suffer from Melasma, Freckles and Chloasma. It is simple skin pigmentation massage treatment at home. The Bo Jin face massage can be performed based on the facial reflexology area, from warming up and stimulating the acupoints, until dredging the channels and collaterals, break down the consistency of sand, small lumps and knots through improve blood circulation, activate 5 senses, moisturizing the skin and so on.

In terms of tools, it is best to use natural materials with high energy, such as: buffalo horn, biochemical pottery, wood fossil, agate and pure jade.
